Action Example 1 ADD → GROUP A (5/5 = 100%) to DEPARTMENT Technology Result Example 1 This action adds GROUP A to DEPARTMENT Technology (covering all 5/5 users). Afterwards, those 5 users in DEPARTMENT Technology are excluded from counting or matching in any further suggestions at a lower-level role (i.e., locations and job titles). Action Example 2 ADD → GROUP B (3/5 = 60%) to DEPARTMENT Technology Result Example 2 This action adds GROUP B to the 2 remaining users in DEPARTMENT Technology who previously didn’t have it, bringing GROUP B to 5/5 (100%) in that department. Once added, these 5 users are excluded from other suggestions at lower-level roles (i.e., locations and job titles). Action Example 3 ADD → GROUP E (2/2 = 100%) to LOCATION London Result Example 3 This action adds GROUP E to the 2/2 people with LOCATION London, making GROUP E fully covered (2/2 = 100%) there. Consequently, GROUP E is hidden or removed from the group mining display for JOB_TITLE IT Manager (1/1) and JOB_TITLE Support Engineer (1/2), since those users in London now already have it (or are otherwise excluded based on your rules). 1. The "Remove from users" feature in the job_title suggestions only removes the group from the users currently being counted in that context.
